Per addolcire questo lunedì vi offro un buonissimo cioccolatino ripieno... io adoro la pasta di pistacchi e abbinata al cioccolato diventa ancora più buona...

Ingredienti per 10 cioccolatini ripieni:
- 100 g di cioccolato bianco Mirco della vecchia
- 100 g di cioccolato al latte Mirco della vecchia
- 70 g di pistacchi del Bronte
- 30 g di mandorle in polvere Life
- 25 g di zucchero a velo San martino
- Qualche goccia d'acqua
- Stampo: Happyflex
Preparazione:
- Sciogliete il cioccolato bianco a bagno maria e ricoprite gli stampini anche nelle pareti, poi ponete a solidificare.
- Scottate per pochi secondi i pistacchi in acqua bollente, fateli intiepidire, spellateli e fateli asciugare in forno a temperatura bassissima.
- Tritate i pistacchi e mescolateli poi con mandorle e zucchero a velo, aggiungendo acqua poco alla volta, fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
- Sformate i cioccolatini, riempiteli con la crema di pistacchio e coprite con il cioccolato al latte fuso precedentemente.
